Where's some well-done visual basic tutorials/ebooks?

I heard Visual Basic was DA BOMB. It's the new technology ready to take on all existance in programming today!!! joke. but its an easy way to get a job hah. Do you know any good tutorials/ebooks that I can learn from? I have vb 6.0 pro as well. [edited by - philvaira on June 2, 2004 7:43:38 PM]

Well, you could try and work by finding some source code and figuring it out with MSDN. Another helpful thing is the The Google Directory. It has a lot of Visual BASIC stuff, look around!

For games development in VB, try:
Lucky''s VB Gaming Tutorials - general topics related to programming games, lots of good stuff.
VB Fibre - covers optimization of your VB code, including the use of inline ASM in VB.
DirectX4VB - Obviously, covers the use of DirectX with VB.

Some more general resources which are helpful are:
Planet Sourcecode - not tutorials, but other people''s source for you to learn from.
MSDN - ''Nuff said.
