particle problem with ATI radeon 9500 card ??

Hello all, When i use glEnable( GL_POINT_SPRITE_ARB ); for point sprite extension, particles are okay but when the camera go near to any texture, texture goes insane, it is broken. But when i dont use glEnable( GL_POINT_SPRITE_ARB ), texture is cool but thisd time i cant use the extension to draw particles .. Strange thing that in Nvidia cards it is cool, working great, but Ati card Radeon does this texture broken crap thing,i also downloaded the last Catalyst (driver) for Ati card... Any advice ?? Thanks... Winners are the ones that do not fear to lose !!!
