PositionColored and PositionNormal

How do I get both my PositionNormal and PositionColored based primitives to show at the same time? When I enable lighting my PositionColored primitives stop showing...

I believe what you need to do is this.
Turn on lighting(or off, order doesn''t matter).
Set your states, render the ones that either have light(if lights are on) or render the ones with lights off (if lights are initially off).
Then change your states(turn on/off lights) then render the others.
All of that would be done between the same being/end scene.
