I can't build my code
Hello guys! Why is it that whenever I make a skeleton project in vc++ (win32 exe), I can compile my code with no problem at all. But when I close it and open the project.cpp file and build it the secod time it is already diplaying some errors?
Flamers are worst than Newbies
try opening the project *.dsp (i think) file instead of the *.cpp file.. that should work alot better
Makoy, could you please consider changing your signature? Amongst other things, it insinuates that there''s something wrong with newbies.
Not only that, you cant even spell it correctly

You kind of have to open the .dsp or .dsw file in order to compile properly. The thing is that the .dsp file (project file)contains the linking info for the project and without the .lib-files (the static library files containing all the precompiled code used by windows.h and other heathers) the compiler doesn''t know what to do with the include commands.
I hope this answered your question... I had a lot of trouble with that myself.
