What sound apis do u use?

Hi, im going to add wav and ogg vorbis support for my game engine, and im wondering what sound apis do you people use? Ive had a look at openAL but is that good? Like its still in beta .

Fmod is another popular choice. In fact, there was just recently a GD article talking about it:

Fmod has a bigger community and better documentation.
Audiere has a less restrictive license. I''m not sure about 3d sound.
It depends on what you need for your project.

And maybe you could have replied to one of your other threads rather than starting a new one each time?

DirectX Sound - the ultimate for Windows buth if you prefer cross platform code - stick with OpenAL - Fmod is cind of a restricted (you can''t sell your app if you don''t pay the API - i think buth not entirely shure) and OpenAL can use DirectSound, EAX & Creative soundcards + if you are farmiliar with OpenGL you will fing OpenAL wery similar in the structure of writeing.
