I''m kind of lost between all of this, is XNA suppose to be the next version of DirectX except working across all platforms? Apparently from the article on the main page it seems MS is trying to get Sony and Nintendo to hop aboard, I''m not sure if that''s going to happen, but I have yet to see any type of toolset for XNA. I guess we'll see if San Andreas is as good as Rockstar is hyping it to be. Frankly I didn't see much of a game improvement from GTA3 to GTA:VC. Of course there were some coesmetic improvements (the game is still damn fun) but I mean, I expected a bit more ;).

If console limitations were not a constrain then we could expect technically outstanding game.
