I''m looking for good spite software ...or any good software that you can control the dimensions as well as create a bitmap grid..any help will be appreciated

Currently I don''t know of such a piece of code. When Neuron was doing 2D games we made proprietary tools to do all this for us. So you will probably have to do the same. Sorry I can''t be of more help
