lighting angles for Iso engine

What light position/angle should I tell my artists to use when rendering objects? I''m NOT using true 3D for the engine, just pre-rendered 3D models as objects. Is there a good web site that talks about creating artwork for isometric views? Thanks Tim

I''m the programmer but I''m pretty sure it''s called something like "orthographic" look through what they can do and tell them to look for something close to that. That''s for where the light is... it means that the light comes from the mouth of the camera (virtually of course).

In terms of the distance/angle... it''s a ratio depending on your project I''m using about 2:1 so if your camera is 100 units away from the model then it should be 50 units above the object.
