Isometrix Engine

Im sorry i cant give you psuedo code, but ill give you an idea.

Ok, you test the main character to see if hes over or close enough to the tile. if (character) is, then blt a color or background bitmap to x,y location. Then write your text to x - (1/2 size of your text), y - (1/2 size of text). If you text is huge, then i guess you can just make a constant offset, but you get the idea.
