weird d3drm animation problem

Hello, I`m having difficulty in DirectX 7.0. I load a x file as a animation set, let the animation run, and then delete it from the scene. Then, when I try to reload the x file with the animation(at a different 3d location), only parts of it shows up at that new position, and other parts are at the old position. Why are some parts moving to the new location when I reload the file, and other parts staying in the old position? Thanks,
