decl

Don't know how much use this will be, but it might be a good lead: a lot of programmers name their VertexDeclarations (don't know what they're called in C++) decl. I seem to recall being told when using HLSL to use a VertexDeclaration, but I don't know what they do and in all the cases I've tried copying and pasting that code to figure it out, it just kept stuff from rendering. I'd look for Vertex Declarations in the docs and see what you can find, though.

I googled a bit and found out that "decl{...}" could be used to declare the input registers to the vertexshader. But if it has some advantage over "dcl_", I don't know?
