While well-intentioned, the files on that site do not appear to be legal. The SDK license explicitely marks which files can be redistributed (in a specific subdirectory), and this appears to include more than that. The fact that the SDK is freely available from MS makes no difference.
Furthermore, they do not appear to have included any of the original license files which, even if everything else were OK, is a Bad Thing.
