Extensions

Does anyone know of a resource that publishes the gl extensions that different cards support? I've been looking all morning and can't find any up-to-date information. Thanks for any help!

p.s. I'm specifically looking to see if the Radeon X300 SE card supports the following extensions (which I'm pretty sure it should...):
GL_ARB_texture_env_combine
GL_ARB_depth_texture
WGL_ARB_pbuffer
GL_APPLE_pixel_buffer
When it comes to checking which extensions exist on the card that you're running on, there's GLee which is very helpful.

Thanks for the links. They are both great. I didn't see any specific info on the X300 card though, so if anyone has any I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks again!!
