can anyone decode this?

We could make a wild guess, but it could be anything. You could have an encryption algorthim that turns the letter 'a' into:

15347005475540757 25314235964254771
72391225101461427 45239902178854853

In any encryption-decryption system both the sender of the encrypted message and the reciever of the encrypted message MUST know either the encryption algorithm used to perform the encryption and the 'key', or the receiver must know what the data is supposed to look like if they are going to brute force hack the signal.

Just giving us a pseudo-random appearing sequence of symbols means absolutely nothing and is a waste of everyone's time. Please don't clog up GD.net's bandwidth with such guff unless there is some technical point to it.
