I was just kidding. What kind of data are we talking about being encoded here? For all we know they could be the encryption key for a wireless network...

In any encryption-decryption system both the sender of the encrypted message and the reciever of the encrypted message MUST know either the encryption algorithm used to perform the encryption and the 'key', or the receiver must know what the data is supposed to look like if they are going to brute force hack the signal.
Just giving us a pseudo-random appearing sequence of symbols means absolutely nothing and is a waste of everyone's time. Please don't clog up GD.net's bandwidth with such guff unless there is some technical point to it.
