OpenGL Fog as seen in unreal 1

Is there a way to create these kind of fog volumes, in opengl since in my opinion they are the best i've seen:D cheers, Paul

ive never seen the program but, most likely its using some sort of "volumetric fog" search for that there are various ways of doing it.
