TransformedTextured vertex issue with MX

Hey guys, I'm running into a problem with some primitives where I use TransformedTextured vertices with C# and MDX (build 1126). Everything works on GeForce 3 or higher non-MX chips or ATI 9600 or above, but on MX chips and a 7500 card we have here in the office, the primitives show up white, or not at all. I've been diving into the caps enums for certain flags that pertain to this, but what I've found hasn't solved the issue. I'm wondering if any of you guys have run into similar problems?
