Texture troubles with Direct X

We made it now to bind in the animated x files into the frame work. The used model classes are developed with the ms sdk. We have one class with and one without bump mapping support. Now we got following troubles: We cant get textures with standard direct x skinning modes. We are using uvw textures like tiny does. We tried software skinning, indexed skinning, non indexed skinning and non indexed skinning with HLSL (for experimantel bump mapping). The only option which displays the textures is non indexed with HLSL. But the shader messes up the image. The screen or parts of it are flickering or stuff cause the lightning of the shaders collidates with our scene lightning. Option 1: We find a way to display the textures with the other modes. Option 2: We stop the shaders from messing up the scene. Can anyone help us please before we bite ourselves heads down?
