How can I make a parametric equation from an explicit one. eg. x4 - 5 x2 + y4 - 5 y2 + z4 - 5 z2 + 11.8 = 0 you see ,i can generate surfaces only when i have a form like x=...... y=....... z=...... If you know a method of generating surfaces from explicit equations like the one above,i would appreciate any advice. Thanks for your help!

There is no general way to extract a parametric equation from an explicit one.

Not all explicit equations generate "simple" parametric equations. As soon as the solutions are not connex anymore, you won't be able to generate parametric equations that draw all the distinct solutions, you will probably need to have one parameterization for each part.

However, you can try to find approximate points on that surface, group them together, and render them.
