how do you get each anim key from the anim controller?

I am trying to get each key position time from the animation controller. I can use LPD3DXTRACK_DESC to get the position of the animation and GetPeriod() to get the total length, but I would like to get the exact time each key position is called and save the times into an array. So if my animation is punching I know the exact time key the punch is fully extended and I can enable another track to blend from that point like into another punch? Does anyone know how to retrive them? If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it very much.
