[.net] HLSL Parameter question
Im trying to pass in a structure via an effect file, I assumed I could just pass in an array the size of the structure in the shader but that didnt work. Ive tried making an equivilant sized structure in my program and pass that to the shade but I am not sure how to do that.
public void SetValue(Device, EffectHandle, void, int);
seems my best bet but I cannot for the life of my manage to cast my structure to void. I know I should be able to find out how to do this easily enough but the C# book Im working from isnt that helpful, and my google searchs have found info on it, but nothing that I seem to be able to get to work.
Any help greatly apreciated.
Use an unsafe region. And btw, use IntPtr instead of void * in the p/invoke signature.
