gluLookAt --- stupid question

Am I supposed to use gluLookAt in the modelview or perspective matrix mode? At the moment this is what I do: glMatrixMode(GL_PROJECTION); glLoadIdentity(); gluPerspective(45.0f, 4.0f/3.0f, 0.1f, 200.0f); gluLookAt(0.0f, 2.0f, -10.0f, 0.0f, 0.0f, 0.0f, 0.0f, 10.0f, 2.0f); glMatrixMode(GL_MODELVIEW); Is this the way it's supposed to be? -richardo

It's generally used in the modelview matrix. I think lights and such might behave incorrectly if you add the modelview in the projection matrix.
