Hi guys, Thought I'd let people know there is a sample chapter from C++ Template Metaprogramming: Concepts, Tools, and Techniques from Boost and Beyond up on artima It's particularly interesting to me as I have been thinking along the lines of the example that they build in the chapter. The representation of SI units in code so as to disallow mistakes relating to dimensions is close to my heart as I work writing calculation engines for electrical engineering analysis. There is plenty of room for error.[smile] I posted about this a while back in this thread and would have added this to the original thread but didn't seem able to post. I thought this was a useful addition to the topic if anyone from the original thread is interested (particularly NickB and Oluseyi). [Edited by - Fruny on September 2, 2004 7:27:32 PM]

Did you ever look at SIUnits? I think you linked to some papers or something about it, but it wasn't clear if you actually found the implementation itself.
