I think these will look very good. Some of the guys look kind of top heavy, though- As if their feet should be farther apart to keep their balance.

I'd put the handle of the cross bow further towards the middle, so it looks more balanced. And the other thing that looks odd on that model to me is that he seems to have really tight clothing? Or just not enough oh.
The war mage looks much better now!
I personally think the Legionnaire's shield should be slightly curved inwards toward him on the left and right sides, so that it masks his body better = more defense. That's how the Roman shields were, I think - curved.
