C++.Net? If you mean Managed C++ | C++/CLR, these are C++ versions of the language that are members of the .net set of languages.
Visual C++ .Net is just an IDE that lets you use either C++ or C++/CLR | Managed C++.

In time the project grows, the ignorance of its devs it shows, with many a convoluted function, it plunges into deep compunction, the price of failure is high, Washu's mirth is nigh.

Thxs, I guess I need to google info on Managed C++ | C++/CLR then.
What does CTS stand for? Its an advantage of managed c++.
