Hi, I have a few questions about game programming all in one, 2nd edition(note: this is greatly different then the first)first, is it any good(ive only read the first chapter) second, where is the cheapest place to buy it? third, how much knowlage of C/C++ is assumed? thanks!

thanks! my problem, though, is that im leanring C++, not C. I know there similar, but would I get confused?
for the love of god DO NOT buy that book. i own it, and its the biggest piece of crap book on programming ive ever seen.

nope. im talking about a different one :) anyways, will I get confused if I leanr c for everything I leanr in the book, and then C++ for everything else? can I just use them interchangebly?
