Quake III Map Compiler (JAVA)

Hey all, this is a Quake 3 map compiler, it reads in the brushDef information, create brushes out of it. Perform CSG on the Structural Brushes, create a simple BSP-Tree out of these brushes do some cleanup of the outermost leafs and finally creates lightmaps of the remaining polygons. it can be found here http://home.hccnet.nl/pj.holverda/Source/

Just for the record, there's a forum called "Your announcements" where this stuff usually goes.


Anyways, there's something I'm curious about. In terms of map compile times, how does this compare against the standard tools by id, and does it generate bsps that are notably different from id's compiler?
