Anyone here use the DirectX 9.0c UtilityToolkit? It provides some buttons, sliders, dropdown boxes etc. It works sorta like the Windows.Forms stuff (managed C#) in that you create a Dialog object and then set controls into the dialog. They display on the DirectX device. I'd like to make the dialog show up as a transparent window. Right now it's invisible. Anyone know a setting I can poke at to make the dialog show up?

I don't know the library, but there is often some kind of 'visible' property that must be set explicitly for a dialog to show (an equivalent of ShowWindow(..) ).

I found it. It's even easier than that. All you do is set the background color and alpha value. One function call.

FYI in case anyone else needs it.
