How to enforce clipping when drawing with DX graphics Draw

I'm making a 2D tile based engine, and i'm having problems with getting my parallax scrolling to stay in bounds of the camera. Is there a way to enforce a clipping area onto Draw in D3D? I'm dealing with all Direct9.0 code, and the only other solution i came up with is figuring out RECT's around where the camera draws and calling clear on them, which is going to send performance to hell in a handbasket with a can of gas and a match. Any help would be GREATLY apprechiated.
