DirectDraw display problem

I have a little directdraw problem. I have a struct with a CSurface var and a draw function who is called in the main loop. In my draw function I have the CreateSurfaceFromBitmap and Blt function:
// BLOCK DRAW ///////////////////////////////////////////////

void Block::Draw( void )
{
			g_pDisplay->CreateSurfaceFromBitmap( &pBlock, "Bmp\\blockblue.bmp", 50, 50 );
			g_pDisplay->Blt( (DWORD)Sprite[i].fPosX, (DWORD)Sprite[i].fPosY, pBlock, NULL );
}



The first time I run my program the bitmap is draw successfully. I change nothing in my code and the bitmap is not there the second time. This is my destroctor function:
// BLOCK DESTRUCTOR /////////////////////////////////////////

Block::~Block( void )
{
	SAFE_DELETE( pBlock );
}



Someone can help me to resolv that please? Thx
