Clipping planes in MAP files

Hi, Does anyone know, after reading in a Quake MAP file, how to get the actual polygons out? Do you have to clip each face against all of the other planes in its brush, or against all of the other planes in the world?? thanks

By the way, I know that the brush definitions just contain 3 points for use in generating plane equations.
I''m not positive, but reasonably sure that you just clip the plane against all the other planes in that brush..

Could be wrong though.
