This is definetly a beginners questions, so here it goes: I'm currently working my way into D3D9 and I'm following the D3D9 tutorial on http://32bits.co.uk. At some point in the tutorial he goes deeply into sprites by creating a sprite class. In each instance of the class the author creates an ID3DXSprite object. Isn't there suppose to be 1 single object of it, instead of 1 per sprite? Toolmaker

Nope. You want one sprite object (sprite surface) for each sprite. Otherwise, if you move or rotate one, you'll move or rotate them all.
