3dsmax scenario rendering in real time

I´ve built a scenario (several rooms) in 3D STUDIO MAX 5. My friend wants to use it as a scenario for a kind of videogame type DOOM (it really will be used for an arquitecture presentation in real time), but we do find some problems: 1/- Some objects didn´t appear. I guess I have to collapse everything that it´s not a mesh... ? 2/- I can´t use procedural maps because it will be rendered in real time. 3/- The textures have to be power of 2. These are the main problems right now. Any kind of help will be appreciated. Thanks anticipated.

1. You should use objects that can be converted to a mesh (no splines, helpers, etc). There might also be a problem with your exporter for your game, try collapsing everything.
2. Ofcourse you can't use them! And they also look bad, "unnatural", "non-realistic". You must use bitmaps.
3. Is this really a problem? You can scale the textures to the desired size.
