MultiTexturing Query

I am using the multitexturing to apply 2 textures to a plane, it works fine with two normal textures but I want one of the textures to be environment mapped, how do apply environment mapping to one texture but not the other when the calls appear next to each like so:
glMultiTexCoord2fARB(GL_TEXTURE0_ARB, pPtr[0][0]+m_vTexOrigin[0],pPtr[0][1]+m_vTexOrigin[1]);
		glMultiTexCoord2fARB(GL_TEXTURE1_ARB, pPtr[0][0]+m_vTexOrigin[0],pPtr[0][1]+m_vTexOrigin[1]);
