Helo Inside hcw.exe app i found this: Help file is intentionally blank. This tool is no longer supported. Please use the HTML help compiler. Q: Haw do I make help for my application? Q: Where can i find this HTML help compiler?

Or, even better if you have some (quite a lot unfortunately) cash to splash around, RoboHelp (used it at a clients site a couple of times - very nice, very expensive).
