3D Studio Max Script Exporter Tutorials

I'm trying to code some 3D Studio Max 5+ compatible export scripts. Where can I find good tutorials on exporting vertex information, texture coordinates per vertex, color, normals, on a per-frame basis? Thank you.

Maxscript and the Sdk for 3d Studio Max is a book that helped me greatly, although it was for using the sdk to create an exporter, it has more on maxscript than sdk anyhow and was very helpful in me getting my foot in the door to learning how to export all the info you posted below. Also there is a knowledge base forums and such from discreet about the sdk and maxscript which i can get the link if you want it.

P.S. the book is cheap i think like 12 dollars used at amazon and without it i would be lost.

There might be a tutorial at Gamasutra.com. Also, for my game I created a MaxScript exporter so you can look at it as an example.
