i am ver interested in getting into game design but at the sam time i also want to be a game programmer. Is there any place where i can learn both at the same time?

They are separate topics, there is no real way to learn them both at the same time. You could try to learn programming by writing a game, but it is better to learn programming in general and then apply it to games.
