render to cubemap inside Maya 6.0??

Hello, I just installed the new, (really well integrated!) cgfx-plugin for Maya6.. There are some nice examples and mostly everything works fine with 16x AntiAliasing including cubemaps, normalMaps/bumpPreview, vertex lighting, stencil shadows and else.. even the script editor shows what's wrong with fx-files.. But now I thought it would be fine to have some kind of "realtime reflections", so I can completly live without software rendering. I don't found any description if this could be possible and I guess the plugin has a limitation for writing texture data in realtime.. Does anyone know if there is such a limition with the plugin or maybe wrote such a cgfx-shader for Maya/3dsmax? Thx
