This is a repost. Also, what *exactly* do you plan to do should you acquire all these people? Sitting back and watching the magic or "leading" the team doesn't cut it around here. If you geniunely need help, you should try STARTING the project, then asking questions here. That way, it's just like a gigantic team of experienced programmers is holding your hand the whole way through.
