Hi, I am new around here. I am looking to do a project for water modeling, but I only have about a month's time for it. I've used OpenGL for a number of things in the past (like ray-tracing) but has never actually done animation. After seeing some algorithms for water modeling, I was wondering if anyone could give me pointers on which algorithms (like the ones listed here http://www.gamedev.net/community/forums/showfaq.asp?forum_id=12) would be a good starting point for me to try to implement in OpenGL. Also, is there any good source codes (examples) on water modeling on the web? Thanks a lot!
