OpenGL Switch between fullscreen and window with OpenGL and SDL

How do you swap between fullscreen and windowed mode with SDL and OpenGL? SDL can switch fine (with SDL_SetVideoMode, SDL_WM_ToggleFullScreen() doesn't work in Windows), but OpenGL doesn't: after switching to fullscreen with SDL, everything is black (even if I'm actually drawing things). If I call glOrtho, then things are drawn again, but all textures are lost! What's the proper way to switch?

I'm not sure how the switch is done but if you lose the RC (correct me if i am wrong) you lose everything you loaded in (textures, display lists, vbo's, pbuffers, etc). I know the Nehe tutorials run in windowed or fullscreen and can switch in between, might wanna give those a look. Nehe
