directX and glut

i want to use glut for creating windows while i want to use directInput and directAudio as well however, there is not a windows handle for initialize directX (using opengl, working platform is windows,glut version is freeglut 2.2.0) are there any method to use both of them?? i really dont want to use a lot of code to create a simple window.....

You can use GetActiveWindow() to get the handle of the active window, which *should* be the glut window. Or, you can use FindWindow() to find the window with the correct title. You can use Spy++ (which comes with MSVC) to find out what the classname of a glut window is, and use that to check too.

Although this is a really bad idea. Just create the window yourself, its not too much code, and gives you a lot more flexability.
