Im using Dev-C++ and everythings fine except when i execute a file it doesnt seem to do the, "Press to continue..." or whatever, it simply just goes off, so if i want to test a screen which has just output, i can never read it. Thanks in advance.

I'd just put this before your return statement in main():
int foo;
cin >> foo;

That way you'd have to hit ENTER to terminate the program and close the window. You could also look into running the app from the command prompt.
