Hello, I draw my objects with DrawIndexedPrimitiveVB and set the culling mode TRUE. And now my Question: How can I get the visibility-status of a vertex after I have put out it on the screen without calculating the normal? I hope you know what I mean.

Why do you want to know wheter a vertex is visible or not AFTER the output to the screen???

You could try to fire off a ray from the camera''s origin to the vertex and check if it hits any poly on it''s way.

BTW, the normal of a vertex has nothing to do with visibility determination. You could define a normal for a vertex for smoother lighting effects (normal averaging).
