Well, I tried to understand how the "Skinned Mesh" example in the DirectX 8.1 SDK works, but i couldn't, I looked for tutorials, and I havent found them. I have two main problems, First: When I export my animated model from 3DS Max 5 to an .x file (using Panda exporter plugin), it gets all messed up, not really a great problem... I supose this is not so dificult to solve. Second and more important problem: Okey I actually have a working animated 3d model, all the SDK users know it "Tiny.x" but... Is there any easy way to make it work in VB or any tutorial avaliable? I used a tutorial here in this site (oriented to C++) and also tried to follow the SDK example, but I get lost in the code... If anyone can solve any of my two problems, Thank you.

Yep. Look at the VB6 source for the Skinned Mesh sample included in the SDK (it includes one for C++ and one for VB6). That should spread some light on things! [wink]
