Hey everyone, I'm wondering if anyone knows of some free software similar to bugzilla, but a little more suitable for a web site that not too technical users can report bugs on. Something a bit easier to use than source forge or bugzilla. Thanks

Easier than bugzilla?

That's about as easy as I've seen. RT (request tracker) is similar, and might be considered easier depending on your users.
