Can anyone tell me how I can create a icon in dll file in VC++ please?Thanks.

Right click the project->Add resource->Icon.

i think i should make my self more clear.I have this API which only takes images that save in a dll or exe.so I am just trying to do something like this.I know I should just add bitmap resource into my project.but this doesnt work.do I have to include any extra code to make it happen?
