hi, how to use the memory manager: mmgr ?

In an attempt to find out which software you were talking about, I found this, which relates to the one Paul Nettle created for Flipcode. If this is the one you're using, then it should have come with a basic document explaining it. However, the link above says this:

Basically, you include the mmgr.h header file after standard includes and before your own program's include headers, and then link against the mmgr.o. Running your executable will create a "memleaks.log" file in your current working directory

In which case you'll need to compile one yourself. The simplest thing to do is include the .cpp files with your project as the object code will be compiled and linked with your project. Other than that, it should be the same.
