Where to find the Q3 Shader-Manual?

Hi!
I have problems with some shader functions in my Q3Viewer(especially with the DeformVertices-stuff) so I thaugt I´d download the Shader-Manual, ´cause somebody told me it would contain descriptions of the Shader-Funcs.If this is true please tell me where to find that manual(I already tried it on Q3radiant.com and quakeworld but without success).
