i created a simple biped in 3d studio max 6 using charachter studio. its my first time to use 3d studio max.made the biped walk a few steps. i saved the file as a .3ds file.using conv3ds i converted the file to a .x file for importing into directX9. when i view the .x mesh in mesh viewer tool, the biped i created is all out of shape and some parts are bigger than others, and the individual parts are all really really spread out. what am i doing wrong? anyone know the exact steps to create a simple simple biped animation to import into my c# application using directX9?i just want a biped thats walking.can animation be imported into direct X from visual studio?
